Enterprise Bargaining for Queensland’s Catholic schools

The current Enterprise Bargaining (EB) Agreement, developed through the EB8 process, is due to nominally expire on 30 June 2019. A new round of EB9 negotiations has now begun.

These negotiations will facilitate both a conversation between Catholic School Authorities and teachers, school officers and services staff about identified working conditions in Queensland Catholic schools, and the formalisation of agreed outcomes regarding pay and other working conditions into the future.

Catholic School Authorities respect and value the professionalism and dedication of staff and are committed to negotiating in good faith in a responsible and transparent process.

The EB9 process will aim to allocate resources in ways that deliver the best outcomes for our students while fairly and responsibly rewarding school-based staff.
