A sincere congratulations to our teachers today, as schools across Queensland take the time to reflect on the value of our outstanding educators.
World Teachers’ Day (WTD) is a time for us to thank more than 11,500 Queensland Catholic school teachers who support more than 149,000 students in our schools.
In-line with these celebrations, I would like to congratulate Catholic school educators Michael Senior from Ambrose Treacy College, Brisbane, and Patrick Egan from Emmaus College, Rockhampton, who were selected and announced as finalists in the Queensland College of Teachers’ TEACHX Awards.
