Teachers encouraged to get behind national survey

The Queensland Catholic Education Commission (QCEC) is urging teachers to have their say, as part of a national survey to support the profession and improve student outcomes before entries close on Friday 30 August.

The Australian Teacher Workforce Data Survey (ATWDS) was developed to analyse the challenges and opportunities faced by Australian teachers, while also providing an insight into teacher education and the teaching workforce.

The QCEC is committed to quality teaching and ensuring teachers are well prepared and supported throughout their careers.

That is why, participation in the survey is paramount in ensuring consistency and transparency in national policy, to improve support for teachers and students Australia-wide.
